I recently watched Jaws ...... need I say more?

Here's another post for Art Jumble. I swear it's the only thing that keeps me drawing these days. Meh.
So here's my latest post for Art Jumble, of which this weeks theme is "Batman".

That's it folks! The Doomsday Clock is now set to 5 minutes to 12!!! Time to get out those emission ridden cars to drive about town looking for things to nuke, whilst drinking from Styrofoam cups and depleting the ozone with your new haircut that requires 10 aerosol cans of hairspray! Onwards to midnight!!!
(black ink)
Hi guys. It's been a while since i posted anything new. Things got real hairy all of a sudden, but here's a little something still in the spirit of halloween. We all know baby's are creepy, but it was fun to make them even MORE so. That's all......not really feeling the creative writing juices flow at the moment. Later.
Still on the whole Bram Stokers thing. I really loved the set design. I just wish Keanu Reeves was used more as a....background prop, and less of a leading actor. Maybe as a Decorative Lamp....or a Chamber Pot. Perhaps i am being too harsh.........nahhhh, Chamber Pot.
A tribute to Bram Stokers Dracula. I simply LOVE the characters in that story. It's just too bad somebody felt it really necessary to cast Keanu and Winona in the 90's remake. ESPECIALLY when they are surrounded by a freakin' all-star cast like Gary Oldman, Anthony Hopkins AND Cary Elwes ( from the princess Bride). I bet Bram himself wanted to rise from the dead and do some maiming of his own. Meh.
It's TIME!! Well,... almost. Time to start celebrating Halloween. These are some doodles I did while in my comfy chair, waiting to hear from the boss. Drawing straight with ink is always fun. Once that pen hits the paper there's NO turnin' back! It always seems to make for interesting, strung out, and creepy looking characters. I highly recommend it.
I recently went on a trip to the Autry Museum, and it proved to be quite the good idea. Not only were there amazing costumes and artifacts from the old west, but there was this great photography exhibit going on called "Yosemite" which included artists like Ansel Adams, Edward Weston, and Eadweard Muybridge. It's an exhibit dedicated to Landscape paintings and photography in the early 1900's. Amazing I say! Anyway, there was also a lot of old photographs on display of tribal chiefs, and cowboys, and things of that ilk. If you're in the area of the Autry, its well worth the trip for someone interested that is. The show's on till January I think.

I give you LeadBelly. He is the most Hard Core bird ever, and has complete free reign over the apartment and anyone who enters. He's firstly named after the Blues Legend (also Leadbelly), and secondly named for the fact that his feathers are still clipped from the bird shop, and looks like he's got a belly full o' lead whenever he attempts to fly anywhere. Not to worry, his feathers will grow back in a week or two, and he will be right as rain.
